Here is a collection of my writing and creative work from over the years.
Born and raised New Yorker, and an Island girl at heart, making the decision to go to The University of Tampa was the best choice I ever made. Getting the opportunity to study Advertising & Public Relations with some of the best professors allowed me to acquire such a great understanding of what it means to work in the communication industry. Minoring in Speech & Theatre arts also gave me the capabilities to combine both of these concentrations and skillfully incorporate them in my career.
Throughout my recent career journey, I've had the privilege of wearing multiple hats in diverse professional environments. My tenure as a Brand Ambassador and Sales Account Assistant at Hearst provided invaluable insights into the media industry, allowing me to actively promote the WMOR television station and collaborate on dynamic marketing initiatives.
As a Social Media and Communications Coordinator for a national non-profit organization, I honed my skills in strategic digital outreach and brand storytelling, effectively amplifying our mission to a wider audience. Concurrently, I ventured into the vibrant world of freelance content creation with The Salad Station, where I crafted visually captivating content and leveraged my creativity to boost customer engagement.
Additionally, I played a pivotal role as a Personal Media Assistant for the esteemed Amanda Edge, a dynamic figure in the entertainment industry. This role allowed me to finely tune my organizational prowess, managing her appointments, client database, and collaborating on impactful social media campaigns. These experiences collectively underscore my versatility, adaptability, and proficiency in navigating the multifaceted landscape of media and communications.
